Stories of the people behind the change in the education of children from the Roma community.
Change in education rarely happens on its own. It happens when someone chooses to stay—at school, in the neighborhood, in conversation with parents, in support of children.
“Voices of REYN” is a series of interviews with teachers, principals, educational mediators, experts, and representatives of institutions—professionals who work in the field and seek solutions every day in a complex social and institutional environment.
In the next 10 conversations, which we will publish on the REYN Bulgaria Network page, you will discover personal journeys and professional choices, difficulties and small victories, doubts and resilience. The interviews reveal how trust is built, how barriers are overcome, and what it means to work for change when results come slowly.
The series shows the diversity of experience and context, but also the common values that connect the people in the REYN Network—commitment, responsibility, and the belief that every child deserves access to quality education and support.
“Voices of REYN” is an invitation to hear these stories and see education through the eyes of the people who make it possible every day.
