The Network for Early Childhood Development in the Roma Community in Bulgaria (REYN Network) strives to offer positive role models in the field of early childhood development, to increase the quality of education, to integrate health care and early childhood education more effectively, emphasizing on nutrition, and to join advocacy efforts in the area of early childhood development with a focus on improving access, quality and outcomes in this area for children from the Roma community.
The REYN network achieves its goals by offering the following services to its members:
· Participation in national and regional events and conferences;
· Preparation of opinions on draft proposals that are important for the members;
· Publishing success stories, good practices, manuals, news and other materials to help, support and develop experts;
· Publication of resources and information materials from foreign experience;
· Advocacy initiatives;
· Opportunities to increase capacity;
· Local and regional exchange visit programs between experts working in kindergartens, as well as international exchange opportunities;
· Internship program for students;
· Financing of micro projects;

Membership in the Network is indefinite until the member himself expresses a desire to terminate the membership or until he is excluded from the Network due to a systematic violation of the commitments made in this Memorandum. The decision to accept and terminate membership in the Network is made by the “Trust for a Social Achievement” Foundation.
