The Network for Early Childhood Development in the Roma Community in Bulgaria (REYN Network) strives to offer positive role models in the field of early childhood development, to increase the quality of education, to integrate health care and early childhood education more effectively, emphasizing on nutrition, and to join advocacy efforts in the area of early childhood development with a focus on improving access, quality and outcomes in this area for children from the Roma community.

The REYN network achieves its goals by offering the following services to its members:

· Participation of the Network in the organization of national and regional conferences;

· Preparation of opinions on draft proposals that are important for the members;

· Publishing success stories, good practices, manuals and other materials to help experts;

· Translation of materials from other countries;

· Program for exchange visits between experts working in kindergartens;

· International exchange program;

· Internship program for students;

· Financing of micro projects from membership fees and support in the search for external financing;

Membership in the Network is indefinite until the member himself expresses a desire to terminate the membership or until he is excluded from the Network due to a systematic violation of the commitments made in this Memorandum. The decision to accept and terminate membership in the Network is made by the “Trust for a Social Achievement” Foundation.
