Essence of the internship program The present internship program is an initiative of Romani Early Years Network Bulgaria, coordinated by TSA. The program’s purpose is to provide opportunities for students from the Roma community with different study programs to develop practical skills for jobs at kindergartens that work with vulnerable communities.
